The Master Bedroom rental includes shared living areas: large living room, piano, fireplace, dining room, renovated kitchen, laundry facilities, sunny front and backyards. There is a fun game room upstairs with full size pool table and darts.

Bedroom 1

10 x 12' bedroom with private full bathroom $1,500. Wood flooring, private detached full bathroom. Room has new area rug, dresser, desk and floor lamp. Furnishings can be removed if not needed.

The Bedroom 1 rental includes shared living areas: large living room, piano, fireplace, dining room, renovated kitchen, laundry facilities, sunny front and backyards. There is a fun game room upstairs with full size pool table and darts.

Bedroom 2

10 x 12' perfect for office. Has new area rug, floor lamp and desk. Use of this room will be discussed if interest is there.

Shared Spaces:

We are accepting 2 young working professional tenants max- bringing a total of 3 persons for this home. Presently, there is one young male tenant who works full time in education residing upstairs. All tenants will have their own private bathroom.

Because this is a shared home similar working hours and cleanliness will be important. No smoking inside please. All utilities will be shared.

Garage space is negotiable.

All prospective tenants must pass credit/background check. Guarantors are welcome -but must also pass credit check.

Security deposit is equal to first months rent.
